The Smart Home Certification demonstrates to buyers and sellers that you are dedicated to developing expertise about the technology, privacy issues, and best transition tactics to help with a smart home sale. To earn the Smart Home Certification, you must complete the following programs for a total of 12 credit hours:

1. Power Up on Smart Home Technologies ( classroom course version; 8 credit hours)
2. Smart Home Technologies for the Residential Specialist (on-demand eLearning course; 2 credit hours)
3. Smart Marketing for Smart Home (on-demand webinar recording; 1 credit hour)
4. Taming the Smart Home (on-demand webinar recording; 1 credit hour)

1-4 seats - $50 per seat
5-9 seats - $47.5 per seat
10-19 seats - $45.00 per seat
20+ seats - $40.00 per seat
